Join our Drop-in Meditation Group @ 8pm UK time every Monday (~30min)
All levels are welcome, including those new to meditation!
We gather every Monday evening with the intention of bringing some ease and peace to our week, or perhaps to gently hold and gain perspective on anything that's been coming up for you in the past week.
Every week we will try a new meditation with the intention of cultivating different aspects of wellbeing and deepening our practice together.
When you sign up you will receive a Zoom link and access to previous recordings.
20:00 - 20:30 UK time
The sessions:
10 min - Intro Talk on Mindfulness Theme
15/20 min - Meditation
5 min - Processing our Experience (if time allows)
All levels are welcome
Friends and family who are interested in trying meditation are also welcome to come along.
