Mindful Mondays

All levels are welcome, including those new to meditation!

We gather every Monday evening with the intention of bringing some ease and peace to our week, or perhaps to gently hold and gain perspective on anything that's been coming up for you in the past week.

Every week we will try a new meditation with the intention of cultivating different aspects of wellbeing and deepening our practice together.

When you sign up you will receive a Zoom link and access to previous recordings.

20:00 - 20:30 UK time

The sessions:
10 min - Intro Talk on Mindfulness Theme
15/20 min - Meditation
5 min - Processing our Experience (if time allows)

All levels are welcome

Friends and family who are interested in trying meditation are also welcome to come along.

Emma Diddi

I’m a mindfulness and meditation teacher, trained with the University of Oxford’s mindfulness research centre in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I also teach yoga. Until 2019 I was working as an e-Commerce Director, and then decided to turn my interest in human flourishing and wellbeing into a full time mission. Prior to that, working in a high-pressure environment had led me to meditation in 2014, and I’ve since had a daily practice that has supported my physical and mental wellbeing in infinite ways. My personal journey and exploration of human potential have brought me to many different disciplines that influence my teaching; yoga, Somatic Experiencing, dance & free movement, cognitive behavioural therapy, breathwork, Dharma teaching, and mindfulness.
